Go to the Form Builder tab in the left panel, then navigate to the Forms directory.
- Select the checkbox next to the form name. An option called “Delete” will appear in the top bar. Click on the option.
- When you click the Delete option, a confirmation message will appear asking whether you want to delete the form. Click OK to confirm and permanently delete the form.
