Taking Attendance for Events

Go to the Events tab on the left panel and click on Attendance.

  1. Click the arrow to search for the month and year. The corresponding events in that selected month and year will appear in the list below.
  2. Click on the event name to see the list of members assigned to the event appear on the right panel.
  3. Use the filters to search for member names.
  4. Toggle between Present or Absent for each member. Indicate remarks if you will like.
  5. Click on ‘Submit’ to save the attendance.
  6. See the consolidated statistics at the end of the list.
