Manage Board Settings

Board are used to track Guest Follow-ups through different stages of the follow-up journey. Users can determine the unique stages of the follow-up journey.

Go to the Guests tab on the left panel and click on Follow-up.

Click on the Action button and click on Board Settings.

1. Toggle tabs to select which Board Settings to manage.

  • Indv Follow-up refers to Guest follow-ups that are assigned to individuals
  • CG Follow-up refer to Guest follow-ups that are assigned to Care Groups. This is only available for Platinum users.

2. Click on Add More to add more stages.

3. Click on existing Stages to make edits or delete. You can also drag and drop to arrange the stages in the order you want.
