Add Room Info.

On the Add Room section,
  • Create a room name and specify the time slot you would like to use as the slot duration.
  • If you want to limit the maximum occupancy of a room, you can set the total number in the “Max Occupancy” field. By default, this field is set to unlimited.
  • If you want to limit the number of slots that can be booked in a day, you can set the total number in the “Max slots that can be booked per day” field. By default, this field is set to unlimited.
  • "Details" allows you to add room details that will be displayed as room information to users.
  • If you want to display room images, you can upload "Images" of the room. You can add as many images as you want.

On the Booking Restrictions section,

  • You can set a room as approval-only, so bookings require approval from a church administrator.
  • When the same-day booking option is enabled, users can make bookings only for the current day.
  • The “Room Can Be Booked” section allows you to define multiple available time ranges by specifying an “Available From” and “Available To” time.
  • You can add multiple time ranges in this section. Each time range will automatically generate booking slots for the room.
  • The duration of each booking slot is based on the time slot selected on the Room Information page. For example, if you select a 30-minute time slot, the system will automatically create booking slots with a duration of 30 minutes within the defined time ranges.
  • The “Who Can Book Room?” section allows you to restrict which users are allowed to book the room.
  • You can choose between the following options:
  1. All Members
  2. Only Some Members
  • By default, All Members is selected, which means all members can view the room details and book the room.
  • When you select Only Some Members, additional filters become available and two tables are displayed:
  1. Left table: Shows available members based on the selected filters.
  2. Right table: Shows the members you have selected to allow booking.
  • To select a member, click the checkbox next to the user in the left table. The selected user will automatically move to the right table, indicating that the member is approved to book the room.
