Manage Roles in Service Teams

Go to the Serving tab on the left panel and click on Service Teams. Click on the Service Team you will like to manage roles for.

  1. Click on the filter to show Active and Archived roles.
  2. Check the check-box next to the name of the role and see more options at the top bar.
  • Click Edit to make changes to the role
  • Click Archive to make this roles inactive
  • Click Delete to delete this role completely.
