- Go to the Education tab on the left panel. Next, open Spiritual Assessment and select Questionnaires, where you can manage questionnaires.
- Here, you will find Active Questionnaires, which lists currently Active questionnaires, and Archive Questionnaires, where previously archived questionnaires are stored.
- In Active Questionnaires, select the checkbox next to the questionnaire name to reveal the action options in the top bar. From there, choose the action you want to perform, such as Edit, Clone, Archive, or Delete.
- In Archive Questionnaires, select the checkbox next to the questionnaire name to reveal the action options in the top bar. From there, choose the action you want to perform, such as Unarchive or Delete.
