- Go to the Shepherding tab on the left panel, from there go to the Clusters directory.
- Select the checkbox next to the cluster name. After selecting it, multiple options will appear in the action bar. Click on the Reporting Form button.
- A new module will open where you can edit the reporting form for this cluster. This module is related to the Form Builder module. Here is the reference: Reporting Form Modifications ->
