Clone Questionnaires

Go to the Education tab on the left panel. Next, open Spiritual Assessment and select Questionnaires.

  • Select the checkbox next to the Questionnaires name. An option called "Clone" will appear in the top bar. Click on the option.
  • When you click the Clone option, a popup opens prompting you to enter a new questionnaire name. After entering the name, click "Create" to generate a new questionnaire.
