Create New Booking

  • Go to the Facility Booking tab on the left panel. Here, you can find the Booking Directory, From there you can create a fresh new booking
  • Additionally, Church admins can directly book a room from the Meeting Rooms Directory.


  • Check the check box next to the room's name to see the option that appear at the top bar named Book Room, click on that to create a new booking.

  • Select the date from the date filter to see the available rooms on that day, click one of the rooms name to expand the room details.
  • Give a name for your meeting, choose the slots you want to book and then click book slots to successfully book a room.


Note: If you are not a church administrator, the booking will require admin verification. Bookings made by church administrators are automatically approved.
