Go to the Form Builder tab in the left panel, then navigate to the Forms directory.
- Select the checkbox next to the form name. An option called “Submissions” will appear in the top bar. Click on the option.
- Here, you can view all the submissions that have been submitted by users. This section displays the information provided by users when they filled out the form, allowing you to review, track, and manage their responses easily.
- Click on the checkbox next to a submission to access additional options. These options allow you to view the submission details, edit the submission, download the submission as a PDF, or delete the submission.View The submission details and Mail the submission to user
- On the Actions section on the top right corner you can find two options such as
- Columns to display
- Export records (Excel)
- Click on Columns to Display to filter the fields you want to see. This option allows you to choose which fields you want to see in the submissions list by selecting the fields you want to display.
- Click on Export Records (Excel) to export the submissions to an Excel file. This option allows you to customize which fields are included in the export. Simply uncheck any fields you do not want to include, then click Export to download the Excel report.
