Reporting Forms are the reports Teachers report on for every lesson in the Home Bible Studies Course.
Go to Home Bible Studies on the left tab and click on Courses.
Check the checkbox next to the name of the Course you will like to customise a Reporting Form for.
By default a Reporting Form with fields already exists in the system.
- To add on more fields, select the field type and type in the field details.
- Click on the 3 dots at the right-hand corner to make changes to fields you have already created.
